I colored the stamped image with Prismacolor Pencils.
It was fussy cut before adding to the card.
The snowy background is a white on white patterned paper that I inked.
The snow banks were created by hand cutting curves out of white glitter card stock.
The sentiment was stamped on white card stock cut to a banner shape.
