I created a card using

I colored the image with Spectrum Noir Tai-Blend markers
and fussy cut before adding to my card.
The design is pretty simple with a little bit of layering.
I used a digital paper that I had in my scrap bin,
some white and red card stock.
I punched a border and used a paper doily.
My "Love" sentiment was created with some glitter stickers
I had in my stash, which was added to ribbon.
A bow and some red pearls complete the design.

Love

Happy Valentine's Day!

I have a card project to share today
that is appropriate for any occasion
to show that special someone in your life
how much you care!

This card was created with dies from
Crafter's Companion.

List of the products used:

Rustic Wedding - Delicate Heart Metal Die Set
Gemini Stitch Edge Heart Die
Black & Gold - Love Decorative Metal Die
Die'sire Shabby Rose Quilling Flower Dies
Die'sire Assorted Leaves Dies
Crafter's Companion Luxury Cardstock - Red Matt Mirror
Spectrum Noir Ultra Smooth White Cardstock
Spectrum Noir Inkpads - Bordeaux, Chinese Red

Other - Pink Printer Paper, Green Cardstock, Glitter Glue. Red Pearls

I started with a 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 inch white card base.
I cut a piece of Red Matte Mirror card to 5 1/4 x 5 1/4 inches
 and a piece of white card to 5 1/8 x 5 1/8 inches.
The largest stitch edge heart die was cut into the center of the white card.
Placing the white card on top of the red, I lined up the
Rustic Wedding Heart Die in the center of the red card, taped in place and cut.
The red and white card was adhered to the card base.
Using the Flower Dies, I cut the small rose 6 times, using 2 strips for each rose
and rolled to create 3 flowers. Added some glitter glue and pearls to centers.
I cut 3 sets of the leaves.
The flowers and leaves were glued to the left side of heart.
The Love die was cut out of the red card and adhered to lover right corner.
I finished with 3 pearls in the top right corner.

I love the way this card turned out and
hope you do too!
Thanks for taking a look!

Cute As A Button Designer Inspiration

Hi there!
It's a cold and snowy day here in Colorado
so I thought a little crafting inspiration was in line.

This project is an altered frame using a beautiful digital from

You can get this digi in the
Wizard of Oz Bundle.

I colored the image with Spectrum Noir Tri-Blend Markers.
For the sparkle, I used a Spectrum Noir clear sparkle pen and some glitter glue.

I took a wooden frame, painted with acrylic paint
and decoupaged the DP from DCWV to the front.
I found the quote online, printed and fit into the photo opening.
The flowers were created with a Crafter's Companion quilled flower die.
I added some glitter glue and added to a piece of a wood frame,
which was painted and glittered. I added ribbon, gems and twine.

I appreciate you taking a look and hope I've
provided a little bit of inspiration!
