Beccy's Place Encore

Hello, hello!
I'm being featured today on the

My card was created using an older
digi stamp set found in the

I used the silhouette image and
the coloring was done by inking.
I printed the image on watercolor card
and applied 3 colors with a blending tool.
I die cut an oval in the card front and applied ink there.
I then die cut a smaller oval on to a piece of black card that fit my card base
I placed the piece with the silhouette image behind the black card
and adhered to my card base.
I layered a strip of black card stock and ribbon along the bottom
of the inked piece of card and adhered to the card.
Black gems were added to finish the design.

I hope you'll check out this set and all the others available in the

Die Cut Embellishments

Hey there!
Today I'm sharing some die cut embellishments created
using paper scraps and a variety of dies from

I don't know about you, but I have piles of
card stock scraps and quite a few dies.
You can cut a lot of die cuts at once and save them for future use,
or put them together as I did here to added quickly to
cards, scrapbook pages or other projects.

This is a great way to use up some of those scraps

You can cut several out at once.

Using white card stock left overs for die cuts are great
because you can color them to match your projects.

I created a simple card design on a white 5 x 6.5 inch card base,
a die cut sentiment or you could stamp one if preferred.
I used more card scrap to create a border.

All you have to do is add the pre-made embellishment.

All the dies I used are from
Dies R Us.

I hope I've provided some inspiration for you to
play and create with your dies and we'd love for you
to come and join in the fun at the Dies R Us Challenge Blog.

There's a new challenge theme offered on the 1st and 15th of each month and one lucky randomly drawn winner will receive a gift voucher prize to the Dies R Us Store.
