Use distressed paper on your project.

I have used the beautiful digi called 

Cinder.

She was colored with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut.

I found some distressed looking papers in my stash to use on the background.

I tore the edges and inked.

The sentiment was stamped and fussy cut.

I added 3 blue pearls.

Hello there!

Today is my day to share my inspiration project for

Cute As A Button.

 I have created a slimline card using

I Will Make You Fishers of Men

I like that this digi set has several images that can be used

individually or in combination.

I colored the digi I used with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut.

My background was done with cloud and grass stencils from newton's Nook.

The sentiment was die cut using 2 different dies that I combined.

Cute As A Button June Inspiration

Hello there!

Today I'm sharing this month's inspiration project for

Cute As A Button!

I have created a slimline card using

Summer School

I colored the digi with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut.

The background paper is from my stash. I thought it went really well with the image.

3 colors of ink were used to stamp the sentiment, which was also fussy cut.

The 2 white butterflies were die cut and the yellow was punched.

I added gems.

I'm back again today with my DT project for this month's challenge at

Cute As A Button.

The theme is Anything Goes with optional twist

"Penny for Your Thoughts" (use a sentiment)

My DT card was created with

Ice Box

I colored this beauty with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut.

The background papers are Football Digital Papers  from Scrapbook Gems.

I popped the image with foam tape onto a layered and inked oval frame.

The flower was created with a daisy punch. I added a gem to the center.

The sentiment was stamped with a stamp set from Crafter's Companion and fussy cut.

I added a bow made with ribbon from my stash.

I am using 

Poodle Skirt

My card is a pretty simple Z Fold design.

I colored the digi with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut.

The sentiments were stamped.

I added flower buttons with twine and glitter dots for embellishment.

Tag! You're It (use a tag on your project)

My DT car was done with

Flashdance

I colored with Prismacolor Pencils and cut around the image in a rectangle shape.

I matted the image piece and added a strip of glittered washi tape near the bottom.

The matted piece was adhered to a soft pink base.

I created a tag with a tag punch and added my sentiment,

which was stamped with a stamp set from Crafter's Companion.

I added a knotted piece of ribbon and washi tape.

Today I'm sharing my inspiration project for

Cute As A Button!

It is a really quick and easy card using

Singing in the Rain .

I colored the Digi stamp with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut.

The background image was found on line.

I printed and trimmed to fit on my 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch gray cRd base.

The sentiment is a stamp from Crafter's Companion.

I stamped, fussy cut and matted with gray card stock.

The Digi and sentiment are both adhered with foam tape.

Beautiful Butterflies

I used Wolf Hat for my DT card.

The image was colored with Prismacolor pencils and fussy cut.

Two patterned papers were used for the background.

I die cut a shite rectangle and popped the image with foam tape.

Two solid colored pieces of card stock were placed behind the image.

I stamped the sentiment and added 3 acetate butterfly stickers.

CAAB March Inspiration

Hi there!

I'm here today to share my inspiration project for this month from

Cute As A Button.

I made a card using

Leprechaun Fairy.

I colored this cutie with Prismacolor Pencils and die cut 

a tag shape around the image to include the rainbow and clouds.

A little glitter glue was added to her wings.

Some gold glitter gel pen enhanced the coins in the image.

I printed and die cut the sentiment and added a clover brad.

A little bit of ribbon completed my simple design.

Today is all about you.

So whether you choose to read a book, like the girl on my card,

go shopping, have a spa day, crafting or anything else.

Take the time to focus on YOU!

Using Bookworm.

The optional theme for this challenge is

Purple and Green.

But, you can always use the Anything Goes option as well.

I colored with Prismacolor Pencils and and die cut

around the image with a Crafter's Companion die.

The sentiment was stamped with a stamp from Crafter's Companion.

Background paper is from Recollections.

I added 3 glitter dots and a floral sticker for embellishment.
