Wedding Card in Gold and White

Hey there!
I'm sharing some inspiration
for creating a classic and elegant wedding card on the

I decided to use plain white and gold glitter card stocks
and a white 5 x 6.5 inch card base.

I used several die sets.

Using the Sue Wilson die set I created borders
around a rectangular piece of white card stock.
This took a little bit of time but I like how it came out.
This die set is very versatile as you can use
the dies in many ways to create various edges.

I added gold glitter card to the white card base
and layered the border edged piece on to the gold.

Next I added a rectangle die cut in gold.
Then came the oval frame die cut, which was
adhered with foam tape.
The bride and groom from the wedding canopy
was added inside the frame.
I die cut the smaller "Forever" sentiment, added
to a small rectangle and popped across the lower edge
of the oval piece.

I hope I've provided some inspiration for you to
play and create with your dies and we'd love for you
to come and join in the fun at the Dies R Us Challenge Blog.
There's a new challenge theme offered on the 1st and 15th of each month and one lucky randomly drawn winner will receive a gift voucher prize to the Dies R Us Store.

July Inspiration Cute As A Button

Hello there!
Today I'm sharing an inspiration project for this month on the
Cute As A Button Inspiration Showcase Blog!

I've created an altered frame using

I started by coloring the image with Prismacolor Premier Pencils and fussy cutting.
I took a small wood frame from Michaels and traced it
on to the backside of the DP and cut.
Next the paper was decoupaged to the frame front.
I die cut layered ovals for the image backing and adhered
to the frame opening. I added daisies that were die cut and rolled,
a black bow created with ribbon and a title out of dazzles stickers.

Altering frames is one of my favorite things to craft
and love the way this one turned out.

I hope you like my project and
