Flower Pot Card

Hey there!
I'm sharing this flower pot card on the

The main die set I used for this card is really for
creating a pop up style card, but I altered
to create a flower pot on the front of the card
that has a little bit of dimension.

I cut 1 piece of the pot dies instead 2 and basically cut that piece
in half with a tabs on both sides to fold back forming the pot.
I colored the pot with Spectrum Noir Markers.
I cut the other pieces, flowers, butterfly and leaves
out of various scrap card stock pieces

I layered the flowers and creased them and the butterflies
for a little dimension. Pearls were added.

I made a frame with a rectangular piece of green card stock
and used a rectangle die to cut the center out.

I used a 5 x 6.5 inch card base and added the printed paper
as the background.
I added the frame layered on to a piece of white card.

I added the pot next and adhered with foam tape'
The flowers and leaves were arranged
and butterflies added to the design.

I finished with a pearl border on the bottom of the card.

I hope I've provided some inspiration for you to
play and create with your dies and we'd love for you
to come and join in the fun at the Dies R Us Challenge Blog.
