I'm back for a 2nd post today!
This time around I'm sharing a birthday card using
I colored the digi with markers and fussy cut.
I used a white gel pen to add flowers to the dress.
The frame was created with a border punch.
I added a rectangular, round, sentiment and banner die cuts.
