CAAB Challenge #71

It's time for this month's challenge at

Cute As A Button! 

The challenge theme is 

Anything Goes with optional twist Polka Dots and/or Stripes.

I chose to create my DT card with the optional twist

using polka dots.

using Rise Up My Love

I colored the digi with Prismacolor Pencils and

cut into a rectangular shape.

I placed a solid color rectangle die cut behind the image.

The border on the right size is a die cut ribbon threader.

I ran white ribbon through the border and added gems.

My polkadot paper is from DCWV.

The solid card stocks are from CutCardStock.
