I colored this cutie with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut.

Agnes is popped with foam tape onto a layered and die cut circle frame.

The patterned paper is from the

I stamped the sentiment with 2 stamps from

Birthday Celebrations 4 x 8 Clear Stamp Set.

I had some ribbon for a bow that matches perfectly with the colors.
