Looking for a great way to turn your paper crafting supplies into a dimensional decoration that would be perfect for a gift, party décor, or a cheerful seasonal display? Today I’m sharing a fun and festive St. Patrick’s Day rosette bouquet featuring several products from Pajama Crafter Stamps!
Pajama Crafter Products Used
Making the Rosettes
Form each rosette by cutting two 12 inch strips of paper. I used a plaid from my stash. The strips for 2 of the rosettes are 1 3/4 inches wide. Strips for the larger rosette are 2 inches wide.
Score each strip at 1/2 inch and fold accordion style.
Adhere the strips together end to end to form a circle.
Flatten the circle and gather to the center. Add a punched or die cut circle to the center of both sides to hold together. Adhere to a slightly larger circle die cut.
Add Decorative Elements
Layer each rosette with die cuts to create depth and interest. I used the Scalloped Circle Die and Circle Peek-A-Boo Die to frame the centers of the rosettes. The delicate details from the dies add a decorative touch. I also die cut papers from the Emerald Isle 6×6 Paper Pad to use.
The center rosette features the adorable leprechaun from the You’re My Pot of Gold Stamps, colored and layered onto a circle background. I also added a die cut from the Banner Die Set to create a little platform for the image.
The rosette on the left features a sentiment that reads “You’re My Pot of Gold.”
On the right, the rosette includes shamrocks.
Both the shamrocks and sentiment are from the You’re My Pot of Gold Stamps. Layering the dies and patterned papers from the Emerald Isle 6×6 Paper Pad helps the rosettes stand out.
Once the rosettes were complete, I attached them to wooden sticks and arranged them into a small floral arrangement with cream flowers and greenery. The bouquet is finished with soft tulle and green ribbon to tie everything together for a festive display.
This project is a fun way to stretch your supplies beyond cards and create something decorative for the season!
Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope this project inspires you to create some lucky St. Patrick’s Day crafts with your Pajama Crafter Stamps supplies.
Happy crafting!
