This is Wanda Fairy Ballerina!
She is just one of 8 and they are available as b/w or pre-colored.
I colored this cutie with Castle Arts Pasteltint Pencils.
A little glitter glue was added to the wings, crown, wand and tutu, although hard to see.
She was fussy cut before popping with foam tape onto my card.
The sentiment and patterned paper are also from the collection.
I printed the sentiment and die cut.
a gem flourish was added to finish my card.
