It's time for a new
The DT was asked to create with Helga Hippo using a specified color palette.
I colored my Helga with Castle Arts Pasteltint Pencils and fussy cut.
The printed paper on my card base is from
I created a frame with purple card stock and a border die.
I die cut a white oval and added the stars using a stencil.
The flowers were printed, fussy and layered from the
