Pajama Crafter Stamps Inspiration

 Happy Thursday!
I'm sharing my 1st inspiration card for this month on behalf of

I have used a Prickley Pear stamps set
This set is one of many that are on sale for 50% off and is retiring.

The flowers, which I used, in this set come in 3 sizes.
I stamped a variety of all 3 with VersaMark onto water color card stock.
They were heat embossed with a gold embossing powder.
I water colored with Spectrum Noir Aqua Markers and fussy cut.

My 5 x 6 1/2 inch card base was made with a piece of purple card stock.
I covered the bae with a piece of 4 3/4 x 6 1/4 inch piece of white card.
5 pieces of purple card stocks were cut in various widths and lengths.
These were adhered to the card and the flowers were added.
The sentiment, which comes with the set was stamped with purple ink.

I really appreciate you stopping by and taking a look at today's project!

Easter Centerpiece

Spring is around the corner and I am so ready!

How about you?

Hey there!Today I'm sharing a fun Easter Centerpiece project created for CutCardStock! I have used Lessebo Card Stock which comes in a great variety of colors and are the Monthly Specials for March.

Bunny and Base

This project was started by downloading a template for the bunny, which I found on Pinterest.

It was printed on white card stock and cut out before tracing twice onto a piece of Kraft Chipboard .05.

Both bunny pieces were cut out. I will glue these 2 pieces together to make the bunny more substantial.

Bunny measure approximately 8 x 4 inches.

For the base, I cut 2 pieces of Kraft Chipboard 0.5 to 7 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches. 6 pieces were cut 5 1/2 x 1 inch.

The 2 larger pieces were glued together. I glued 3 pieces of the smaller chipboard together, twice to form supports. These 2 pieces were glued to the center of the larger piece with a narrow opening left between.

2 colors of green acrylic paint was added to the base. The bunny was painted white. I used a sponge brush and added the paint to both pieces with a “pouncing motion” to create a little texture.

Glue the bunny between the two support pieces on the base.

Finishing

Start adding flowers and foliage.

Thank you so much for taking the time to look at my Easter Centerpiece project.

Spring Cutting Board Decor

Hello there!

Today I am excited to share my very first post as

a Creative Guest Team Member for Clear Scraps

Do you enjoy creating home decor projects?

Clear Scraps has great products just waiting for you to add your own personal touch!

I have used the Medium Cutting Board Shiplap Shape and Bunnies Chipboard Embellishment

My 1st step was to paint the cutting board with white acrylic paint.

Next, I chose a pretty spring themed patterned paper with a border of flowers along the bottom.

This piece was trimmed down to 6 inches wide. I fussy cut the flower border.

The patterned paper was adhered to the center of the cutting board with decoupage medium.

I die cut clouds, hills, grass and a fence to create borders for the top and bottom of the board.

A piece of washi tape was added to the top of the cloud die cut. The other die cuts will be combined with the fussy cut flowers.

Piece the hills, fence, grass and flowers together.

Both borders were adhered to the cutting board.

With the bunny face down on the back of a piece of patterned paper,

I traced the outline with a pencil.

Fussy cut the patterned paper and adhere to the bunny with wet glue.

Finish the project by adding the bunny and other embellishments.

I added  hand punched and die cut butterflies, stickers to spell “SPRING” and a pretty bow.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have enjoyed my step-by-step!
