CAS is not really my style so 

I used the 3 trees and red ribbon and bow

as inspiration for my creation.

I made a card using "Foxy Friend".

The image was colored with Spectrum Noir markers,

fussy cut and popped on a tag from Prima.

My DP is from DCWV. The sentiment was cut

with a Taylored Expressions die. I added

some ribbon, bakers twine and leaf buttons.

HOC Technique Challenge

It's a new month and that means a new monthly challenge at

House of Cards!

This month we have a technique challenge.

We would like to see cards using
the Stamped Punch Window technique.

Here is what I came up with.

I started by stamping a Stampendous stamp called
Fireside Ivy on ivory colored cardstock.
Next I colored the image with Spectrum Noir markers.
I matted the outside of the image with brown card stock.
Next I took a Sizzix Framlits oval die and cut out the center of the image.
 The outside piece was then popped with foam tape on top of a green mat.
Next the center of the image was place inside the cut out
and the whole piece was added to the card base.

Here's what I came up with using
Pin Up Kitty Sassy.

I decided to go with an easel card.
The image was colored with Spectrum Noir markers,
fussy cut and added to 2 die cuts, a doily and
 the DP from Recollections that I cut around.
The greeting was stamped with a Hampton Arts stamp.
The border was punched with an EK Success border punch.
I added a few black gems to finish up.

Hats Off

I hope everyone is having a great Sunday!

Today I want to share a card I created

using one of the new digital stamps sets released this month at

Beccy's Place.

I had fun creating this project using DP from DCWV,

a spider web cut with a cricut cartridge, a tag

from K & Company, plastic spiders and the stamp set called

"Hats Off".

Beccy designed this set so the hats can be worn

on other images. This way you can turn

an everyday image into something specific for an occasion! 

Or you can use them alone as the focal on your project.

This makes the set very versatile and look 

at all the sentiments included!
