My DT card for this challenge was created with
This cute digi was colored with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut.
The card base was constructed with circle die cuts.
Glitter card stocks were used for a "frosty" effect.
I used one of the digital embossed papers from the
Christmas Joy Digiscrap Download Bundle on the background.
The sentiment is from the Theo Penguin Greetings/Sentiments Bundle.
It was printed and cut with an oval die.
A bow and blue snowflakes were added for embellishment.
