I'm back for a second post today with another "Ruby" project from
I colored Ruby with pencils, fussy cut and popped up on
die cut ovals. I inked the white oval to look like rain.
The background paper is from
Polkadoodles "Rose Budd Collection".
I embellished the design with washi tapes, a button and twine.
The sentiment is from "Winnie Celebrations 2".
