Happy Friday!
It's New Release Day at
There are 3 new "Spring Themed" stamp sets.
I used Where Hope Blooms for this card.
3 of the images from the set were stamped and
colored with Prismacolor Pencils before fussy cutting.
I embossed the background with an embossing folder and added color with ink.
2 of the images were adhered to die cuts.
I cut 2 banners and placed behind the images.
The sentiment was stamped and fussy cut.
Sequins were added to finish.
My 2nd card was created with
My card base is A2 size, 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inches and is a light blue in color.
I inked the top of a white piece of card stock, measuring @ 3 7/8 x 5 1/8 inches.
The sentiment was stamped on the lower portion.
A medium blue mat was cut to 4 x 5 1/4 inches.
The birds were stamped, colored with Castle Arts Harmonious Pencils and fussy cut.
I die cut 4 foliage pieces and a scalloped circle and plain circle.
Adhere the white panel to the mat and then to the card base.
Layer the circles.
Adhere to the card.
Add the foliage pieces.
The bird images to popped with foam tape onto the foliage.
Sequins are added to complete.

Both cards are beautiful. Thank you for joining at stamping sensations.
ReplyDeleteBoth cards are wonderful. So glad you entered our Die Cut Divas challenge of using critters, real or imaginary.
ReplyDeleteBoth of your cards are so lovingly designed, and the motifs are truly sweet. My favorite is the amazing card with the flock of little birds that you linked to the Critter Crazy Challenge. It's so lovely how they sit on the branch and look at each other. The scene perfectly captures this sentiment. And you chose beautiful colors and a fantastic design. The card looks simply beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing it with our Critter Crazy Challenge.
Hugs, Uschi
