Coffee Tea and Cake Paper Pattern Bundle

I colored the cupcake digi with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut.

I popped the image onto a layered rectangle with foam tape.

I added sprinkles on the background with a glitter gel pen.

The heart behind was die cut. I added red card stock behind.

Red pearls were added for embellishment.

Anime Adventure

Happy Friday! 

Today I'm sharing my 2nd Stampers Delights DT inspiration project for the month of August.

 

     I have used Anime Adventure for a 5 x 7 inch card.

I colored the digi image with Prismacolor Pencils before fussy cutting. 

The die cut frame used in the background was one I've had in my stash for quite some time. 

I printed one of the sentiments from the set on white card stock, trimmed down and 

adhered behind the frame opening. My embellishments are dazzles stickers which 

I backed with card stock and fussy cut. 

I love the way this card turned out and hope you do too!

 My DT card for this week is floral themed. I've used one of the images from

Blooms 3 Flower Bundle. I colored the digi with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut.

The card base was die cut. I splattered a little watercolor onto the white background.

The sentiment is stamped using Sweet Birthday 4x6" Clear Stamp Set.

I colored the Taurus digi with Prismacolor Pencils.

The flowers used were fussy cut from a printable paper from

Twiggy & Toots Paper Heaven 4 Bundle.

I love how easy it is to mix and match any of the collections from Polkadoodles.

Back to School Altered Frame

Well I’m not quite sure where summer went, but it’s time for Back to School! Can you believe it?

Hey there! Today I'm posting for CutCardStock with an altered picture frame project that fits this time of year. You can create one for a teacher as a door hanger. Or you can make one to add a school photo. It can be hung or placed on a shelf of maybe on a desk or side table.

Start with an inexpensive unfinished wood wood clip frame. I think this one was $1 or less at Michaels. The clip makes it easy to change out photos or a quote.

I chose some card stock, Cougar White Smooth CardStock, Basis RED Cardstockand Basis GOLD Cardstock. School themed digis and a patterned paper from Imagine That Digi Stamp printed onto the WHITE card stock.

A set of numbers was die cut of of the RED card stock. The “Welcome Back to School” clip art was found for free on the internet and printed on the WHITE cardstock. Fussy cutting was done.

I cut GOLD and RED card stock, matted and adhered to the wood frame. The patterned digital paper was added. A notch was cut to fit around the clip.

Number die cuts were arranged and adhered to the frame.

Digital stamps were added.

Complete by adding your photo or quote! I added the “Welcome Back to School” clip art which I adhered to the WHITE card stock and matted with the GOLD. Ribbons were tied to the clip for a little extra embellishment.

I colored Winnie with Copic Markers and fussy cut.

One of the background papers from the download was used.

I tore the edges. The teacups on the books is from the embellies.

I printed one of the sentiments and die cut.

I added 2 butterflies.

I added a punched flower and enamel dots for embellishment.

Today I'm sharing my first DT inspiration project for this month for

 Stampers Delights!


The image was colored with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut. I've used the corner of a 12 x 12 inch patterned paper from Recollections for my card background. Some gold star shaped chunky glitter was added. One of the sentiments from the digi set was printed and die cut.

  My DT card for this week's challenge is "Back to Schoo;" themed. 

I used An Apple a Day Lil Miss Sugar Pops which I colored with Prismacolor Pencils. 

She was fussy cut and popped with foam tape onto a die cut circle frame.

Two of the papers used on the background are from

Gnome Men Dad/Father Printable Paper Patterns.

The star paper is from Winnie Celebrations 1 Papers.

The sentiment is computer generated.

 I added 2 apple stickers and enamel dots from my stash.

Floral Birthday Card

Hey there! 

I'm here today with a floral birthday card project created for CutCardStock. 

Birthday cards are probably the type I make most often. 

I’ve used stamping, heat embossing, inking and die cutting for my design.

Only 2 different card stocks were used – 

Cougar White Smooth CardStock and DCS Discount Card Stock: Canvas Textured Pink Tutu CardStock

Two corner floral stamps were stamped with VersaMark and heat embossed with silver embossing powder. They were die cut and then inked pink and green. Used the Cougar White Card Stock for these.

I die cut 2 borders and the sentiment from the Pink Tutu Card Stock.

My card base was done next using the Cougar White Card Stock. 

The base was covered with a 5 x7 inch piece of the Pink Tutu Card Stock. 

A 4 7/8 x 6 7/8 inch piece of Cougar White was layered onto the Tutu Pink.

The border die cuts were added to the left and bottom of the base.

Flowers were popped with foam tape. The sentiment was adhered with wet glue.

The overall design is fairly simple, but, I’m happy with the outcome.
