Wanda Fairy Ballerina

 Hi there!
Have you seen the new printable collection from

It is Wanda!
As per the norm for Polkadoodles, the collection has
everything you need to create fabulous projects of all kinds!

She is just one of 8 and they are available as b/w or pre-colored.

I colored this cutie with Castle Arts Pasteltint Pencils.
A little glitter glue was added to the wings, crown, wand and tutu, although hard to see.
She was fussy cut before popping with foam tape onto my card.
The sentiment and patterned paper are also from the collection.

I printed the sentiment and die cut.
a gem flourish was added to finish my card.

Be sure to check this new collection out!

Challenge 7 Morgans ArtWorld

Hello there!
And welcome to a new month, which means
it's time for a new challenge at

Using Molly

I colored the "Molly" digi with Castle Arts Pasteltint Pencils and fussy cut.
My card is a bridge style.
The background is patterned paper from my stash, which
I thought went rather well with the digi.
I added a few layered stickers from Dollar Tree.
The white lattice type borders on the outer edges of the card were punched
with a Martha Stewart punch.
The "Bloom were you are planted" sentiment is a sticker from my stash.

We hope to see your entries in the gallery this month.
The theme is Anything Goes and any images can be used.

I colored this sweet girl with Prismacolor Pencils ad fussy cut.
My card base was created with a cut and emboss die set from Crafter's Companion.
I cut a piece of patterned paper left from another project for the card center.
The flowers and leaves were die cut from the same set as the card base.
I did a little inking on the card embossed areas and on the flowers.
Molly is popped onto the card with foam tape.
Glitter dots were added to the flower centers to complete.

Baby Boy Scrapbook Layout

Hey there! It’s Judy V here with a cute baby boy scrapbook layout project created for CutCardStock. I’m a new grandma and have a feeling I’ll be creating lots of scrapbook pages in the coming years.

I’ve used a dinosaur theme which I think is perfect for little boys. The products I used are from a dinosaur digital clip art set found on Etsy at JoKavanaghDesigns. This set also includes 4 patterned paper designs.

Card Stock

DCS Discount Bonsai Green Canvas Texture (12 x 12 used but not available, alternative Scottish Highlands Green 12 x 12) for base and matting

Basis WHITE 80lb Cardstock 12 x 12

Cougar White Smooth CardStock 8.5×11 – I printed the patterned paper, my photo and dinos, trees and grass clip art on this.

Pop Tone GUM DROP GREEN 8.5×11 Discount Card Stock used to print bone clip art to form title.

Background

The 12 x 12 inch piece of Basis White Card was trimmed to 11 1/2 x 11 1/2 inches.

Clouds were created with ink from Crafter’s Companion and a cloud stencil from Newton’s Nook.

A border simulating hills was done by hand cutting the patterned papers and piecing together.

Preparing Elements

The clip art was printed and fussy cut.

I matted the photo and a piece of patterned paper. Bone clip art was printed,
fussy cut and pieced together to form name.

Putting it all together

And, we’re done!

I hope you’ve enjoyed this project! Maybe you have some photos that have been sitting around and have been inspired to put them to page.

As always, we would love for you to connect with us over on the CutCardStock Facebook Page and the Facebook Group Creating with Card Stock for more inspiration.

Steampunk Girl Lucy

Hi there!
I love to color so today I thought I would share
colorings I did of a favorite coloring page from

When you purchase digital images/coloring pages from her

YOU WILL RECEIVE

Instant Download, high resolution 300 dpi, size A4.

1 PDF with 3 images:
- Grayscale dark
- Grayscale light
- Sepia tone

I have used "Lucy" (steampunk girl) and colored all 3 versions
using the same pencil colors on all.
I wanted to see if there is a big difference in
the way the coloring would appear with the change in the base.
Grayscale images are favorites of mine.
I've always preferred dark grayscale to light and I have never
colored a sepia toned image before now.
Castle Arts Soft Touch, Pasteltint and Metallic Pencils were used.

The first photo are the finished images.
I took photos along the way just to see how they progressed.

So, there are some differences, mostly with the lighter colors used,
which makes sense.
And although I had never done a sepia tone coloring before,
I do like the way this one turned out and may have to do more.
Choosing which version to use will have to depend on the colors used
and the particular "look" you're going for.

If you are interested in purchasing images/coloring pages from
