Wheels

Hello!
Today I'm sharing cards I created for one of this month's new release sets from
 



When you purchase this digital set, you will receive a zip file containing:

- 3 black and white line drawings
- 3 full colour images
- 6 word images / sentiments





These digi stamps were so fun to play with!
I colored each with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut.
Patterned papers from my stash were used on each card.
I did some fussy cutting from the patterned paper on the top card.
The torn edges of the patterned paper on the bottom card were inked.
Die cuts were used on the top 2 cards.

Check this set out!
They would be fab to use for any occasion!

Wreath Card

Hey there! It’s Judy V here with a wreath card created for my first DT project for this month for CutCardStock.

I was perusing Pinterest and saw several cards of this design and decided to give one a try.


Materials

Kraft Chipboard .022,  DCS Discount Card Stock: Natural Twine Kraft Card Stock, Royal Sundance FELT Brilliant White ,  DCS Discount Card Stock: Pearlized Textured Fruit Punch Pink

Die’sire (Crafter’s Companion) “Floral Easel” die set, Die’sire (Crafter’s Companion) “Trellis” die set, Peony Collection Corner Bloom (Natures Garden, Crafter’s Companion) stamp & die set 

Peony Collection 12 x 12 paper pad, Spectrum Noir Markers & Finesse Ink Pad, Martha Stewart Butterfly Punch, ribbon, pearls, wet glue, tear tape, red line tape, acetate.

Florals and Wreath Form

The corner flower stamp used was stamped 5 times on Royal Sundance FELT Brilliant White card stock, colored and die cut. I cut the wreath base out of the Kraft Chipboard using 2 scalloped dies forming a frame, 4 times.





3 of the frames were glued together with wet glue to give the wreath some stability. Rather than lining the pieces up perfectly, I staggered to give a twined effect. A strip of acetate was cut and adhered to the back of the wreath to hold my sentiment piece, which is a die cut from the paper pad I used. Red line tape was used to adhere these pieces. The 4th frame die cut will be glued to the back to cover the acetate.


Card Base

I made the card base next. An 8 1/2 x 11 inch piece of Natural Twine Kraft Card Stock, was trimmed to 6 x 9 inches and folded in half. A 5 1/4 inch circle was cut from the center. 


Instead of leaving the card base bare, I decided to add patterned paper. The patterned paper measures approximately 5 3/4 x 4 inches. This piece was trimmed with a half circle along the upper edge. A border was die cut out of Pearlized Textured Fruit Punch Pink card stock. Ribbon was laced through.

Note that the base size can be adapted, smaller or larger, depending on the size of your “wreath” form. The largest scalloped die I used measures 5 1/2 inches.


Adding Wreath and Flowers

The wreath and flower pieces were adhered with wet glue.



Embellishments

Embellishemnts are added to complete. I used a 3 loop bow, hand punched butterflies and pearls.

Sweet Annabelle

Hello there!
Today I'm sharing my first DT project for this month from

I chose to use one of my favorite digis called


I colored the image with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut.
The card background was created with some dies and an
embossing folder from Crafter's Companion.
Inking was done on the bottom portion, using
several shades of green stamping ink.
I popped Annabelle onto the card with foam tape.
The sentiment was die cut with a die from
Crafter's Companion.

Morgan's ArtWorld Challenge #4

It's a new month and that brings on a new challenge at

My DT card was created with


 I colored this pretty digi with Prismacolor Pencils and glitter gel pens and fussy cut.
I die cut a border with a die from Crafter's Companion.
A piece of white card stock was layered over the border piece.
The sentiment was stamped with a stamp from Crafter's Companion.
I popped the digi with foam tape to this piece and adhered to
the card base which is comprised of silver glitter card and white card stock.
A blue strip was added to bottom portion of the card.
I added clear and blue gems for embellishment.

Easter at Polkadoodles

Happy Saturday!
It's time for this week's



We are showcasing Easter cards today! Mine was created with
I colored the digi with Castle Arts Pasteltint Pencils and fussy cut.
The patterned paper I used is from
One of the sentiments was printed and die cut from
Ribbon, a bow and 2 enamel dots were added for embellishment.

Spring

Hey it's Friday!
I thought I would share a card created with new products from

 
It's not quite Spring yet where I am in Colorado, but I can hope it's here soon.
This is my interpretation of Spring using

This card style is quite different from my usual crafting style but,
I quite enjoyed playing with these stamps and stencil.

I inked the background using the stencil and 3 colors of green ink pads.
A few splatters of sparkle pen and 2 strips of green card stock were added.
The flowers were stamped, colored with Castle Art Pencils and fussy cut.
The sentiment was stamped to complete my design.

Pan Archer

Happy Thursday! 
 I'm sharing some Stampers Delights DT inspiration with you today!
 My card features one of the digis exclusive to the Stampers Delights Digital Stamp and Coloring Club. This is just one of 3 clubs you can join to get access to exclusive Stampers Delights digis.



I have used "Pan Archer" for my card. He was colored with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut.
The background was created by stamping various "grunge" type stamps in browns and blues to mimic rocks, a hillside and the sky. A sentiment was stamped on the upper portion of the stamped panel. It was adhered to a brown card base. a dark brown strip was added to the left side. "Pan Archer" was popped with foam tape onto the card.
