 My DT project this week is a card created with one of the digis from the

Springtime Smiles Collection , Watering Can with Flowers Spring Garden.

I colored with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut.

It was popped with foam tape onto a layered die cut circle frame.

The patterned paper was printed from Pretty Spring Papers.

The sentiment was printed an die cut as a tag.

I added ribbon, a bow and pearls for embellishment.

Using: Fairy Columbina

I colored this beautiful fairy digi with Castle Arts Pasteltint Pencils and fussy cut.

My background was created with a die cut and embossing folder from Crafter's Companion.

I actually had it sitting in my crafting area, as I had originally

cut, embossed and inked it about a month ago for another project and decided not to use it.

Does that ever happen to you?

I did ink the greenery a little darker that it was.

The dark pink panel was added behind.

I stamped the sentiment.

I added a bow with a flower button.

Hey there!

Two cards I created using a new digi stamp set from

Beccy's Place are on the Beccy's Place Blog!

All That Jazz 

When you purchase this digital set you will receive a zip file containing:

- 3 black and white line drawings

- 3 full colour images

- 6 word images / sentiments

I colored this digi with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut.

One of the sentiments was printed on white card and die cut.

A die cut music staff was added.

I backed the white piece with a kraft die cut.

The plaid background is a paper from Crafter's Companion.

I also colored this digi with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut.

He is popped with foam tape onto a die cut oval.

The sentiment was printed and die cut as well.

The plaid paper is from Crafter's Companion and the 

music paper is from Recollections.

I add some enamel embellishments.

Happy Saturday!

I'm sharing a card today created with one of this month's new digis from

Digi Doodle Studios!

This is Pixie Zia! 

She is beautiful, don't you think?

I colored her with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut.

Glitter was added to her wings.

I used a patterned paper from

Digi Doodles Pixie Dust 8 x 8 Digital Paper.

Die cut were layered to frame the image.

I added some foliage die cuts.

The sentiment was stamped and embossed.

Be a Mermaid

Hi there!

Today it's time for a new

Gem of a Challenge!

The DT was given a theme to work with -

Ocean

I chose to create an art journal page using

Ula Be a Mermaid Download.

I printed the digi and colored with pencils before fussy cutting.

The art journal page background was inked.

I added a piece of patterned paper from

Ula's Life Special Edition mini download kit.

The edges were torn.

I adhered Ula to the patterned paper.

Die cuts and sequins were added for embellishment.

The sentiment is from the mini download kit.

It was printed and edges torn before adhering.

Mermaid Hugs and Salty Kisses

Happy Friday!

Today I'm sharing my first post this month for

Stampers Delights!

It's Mer-May!

We are showcasing beautiful mermaid digis all this month.

My project is a rocker card design using

Chibi Mermaid Salty Kisses.

I colored the digi with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut.

My card base was die cut using an easel card die set from

Crafter's Companion.

I die cut a circle frame and adhered to the left side of the base.

My digi was adhered with foam tape.

The sea shells are rub ons that I fussy cut after rubbing onto lavender card stock.

I printed the sentiment and die cut into an oval shape.

Lose Yourself in the Music

Today brings the start to a new

Cute As A Button Challenge! 

The theme is Anything Goes with optional twist

Tag! You're It (use a tag on your project)

My DT car was done with

Flashdance

I colored with Prismacolor Pencils and cut around the image in a rectangle shape.

I matted the image piece and added a strip of glittered washi tape near the bottom.

The matted piece was adhered to a soft pink base.

I created a tag with a tag punch and added my sentiment,

which was stamped with a stamp set from Crafter's Companion.

I added a knotted piece of ribbon and washi tape.
