Young Fairy by Julia Spiri

Hi there!

I'm excited to have been invited to collaborate with

Julia Spiri.

Her art is beautiful and absolutely some of my favorite to color.

The first digital image I chose to work with is

Young Fairy.

This is a beautiful fantasy girl portrait with flowers grayscale coloring page.

I colored this beauty with Castle Arts Soft Touch and Pasteltint Pencils.

Although the image is perfect on it's own and would be beautiful simply framed,

I decided to create a card with it.

I fussy cut the image before popping with foam tape to the card.

The card base is comprised of a glitter paper and 2 pieces of

patterned papers from a 12 x 12 paper pad from Recollections.

The inspirational sentiment was stamped with Versamark ink and

embossed with a pearlized embossing powder from Stampendous.

Glitter dots in 2 sizes were added for embellishment.

Not a lot of embellishment is needed.
