My pop up box card was created using

"Cupcake Avery" by Paper Nest Dolls.

I colored the image with Spectrum Noir Colourblend Pencils

and fussy cut. My other items popping out of the box are

a die cut party hat and sentiment, punched flowers, stamped balloons

and a present, ice cream cone and a piece of cake
 which are stickers I had in my stash.
