using "A Mother's Love" from Delicious Doodles

I created an altered frame.
I colored the image with pencils and fussy cut.
The designer paper was decopauged to the frame
I backed the image with a doily.
The border and flower were punched.
The ribbon, bow and buttons were added to finish!
