DIY Halloween Tags -- Cute & Spooky

Halloween is the perfect time to get creative with paper crafts, and these handmade Halloween tags are a spooky way to add a little extra magic to your treat bags, gifts, or home décor. 

I'm here today with my latest Clear Scraps inspiration project. These tags are a quick and easy to get you in the Halloween spirit.

 


Supplies You’ll Need:



  • Halloween patterned papers 
  • Stamps & stickers 
  • Sparkle pens & glitter glue
  • Ribbon 
  • Adhesive 
  • Embellishments 
  • Scissors and trimmer

Step-by-Step Instructions

Start by punching out the chipboard embellishments



Add color to the embellishments. I used sparkle pens and glitter  glue



Color the edges of the tags with sparkle pens.



Adhere patterned papers, the chipboard embellishments, any other items you like and ribbon to each tag to complete.





Tips & Tricks:

  • Mix textures like glitter paper, metallic accents, and vellum for extra depth.
  • Don’t be afraid to layer—dimension is what makes these tags pop!
  • Match ribbon colors to your paper for a polished look.
  • These tags can double as bookmarks or mini décor pieces once the treats are gone.
