You Are Beautiful Shadow Box

Hi there! Sharing my latest project created for Clear Scraps!

I am working with the 8 x 11 Shadow Box. For decorative pieces I am using papers, die cuts and washi stickers from the Stamperia Masquerade Collection.

The first step I took was to paint all 9 pieces of the box with Antique Parchment acrylic paint.

Assemble the box and adhere with glue. I used Gorilla Wood Glue.

I added gold paint to the box dividers.

To give the outside of the box an antique look, I rubbed gold paint on all 4 side pieces.

2 papers were chosen to add the the inside back of the box

Cut papers to fit in each of the 6 sections of the box and adhere. I glued in the 2 smaller divider pieces in 2 of the sections.

Pull out decorative element pieces. These include die cuts, washi stickers, some of which I adhered to sturdy card stock and fussy cut, a small string  of gold beads and flowers.

Begin adding elements to each section,

Closeups of each section

I really love the way this shadow box cam out and appreciate you taking the time to check it out!
