HOC November Challenge

It's time for a new challenge at 

House of Cards.

This month we want to see your projects using

Holiday and/or Colors

I created a quick little card using a fun

snowman image from Connie Fong.

I colored the image with 

Spectrum Noir Colourblend Pencils and fussy cut.

The white panel was embossed with a

Crafter's Companion folder.

The sentiment and holly leaf stickersAre from my stash.

Dolphin Mermaid

Happy Friday!

I'm on the

Cute As A Button Inspiration Showcase Blog

sharing a card I created

using "Dolphin Mermaid".

I colored the image with pencils and alcohol markers.

Then I pulled out some coordinating papers and a 6.5 x 5 inch card base.

Next I covered the card base and matted the image.

I took out some embellishments.

Each of the pieces were laid out and adhered 

and this is the completed card.

It's the weekend!

I remember how excited I used to get when the weekend arrived!

That was when I worked full time,

Monday through Friday, outside the home.

But every day is like a weekend day to me now days!

I get to craft every day, if I want.

I don't have to wait for the weekend.

I don't kn ow why I'm going on and on about that today.
