Cute As A Button June Challenge

Hello!

We've come to the beginning of a new month

and that brings on a new challenge at

Cute As A Button!

As always the theme is

"Anything Goes"

and we would love to have you join us!

With it being June and Father's Day

round the corner the DT has created

projects with males themes.

I used Firefighter for a birthday card.

I colored the image with pencils

and used a fairly simple layout.

I chose to add a building and use the colors

using "Nell's Cottage", a free image, from Beccy's Place Blog.

I colored the image with pencils and added some stickles for a snow effect.

Hey there!

This is the first of three posts you'll see on my blog today!

We have a new challenge starting this morning at

Creative Craft Cottage!

The theme is

"Spots and/or Stripes"!

That's a pretty easy one,

wouldn't you say?

Here's what I came up with

using Happy Hour Horace from one of our sponsors 

Our other sponsor is

I colored the image with pencils and fussy cut

before adding to a die cut circle.

I stamped the sentiment and die cut 3 banners.

The three buttons were added to finish.

Today we start a new challenge at

I colored the sweet teddy bear with pencil colors and fussy cut.

My papers are from Hot Off the Press.

I stamped the sentiment and die cut with Sizzix dies.

The finishing touches were the buttons & twine.
