There’s nothing quite like the magic of Friday night lights! Sharing my Pajama Crafter Stamps inspiration card for this week. Combining ink blending, stenciling, die cutting and a stamped sentiment create a fun football stadium scene with lots of depth and movement. This card is perfect for kids, teens, or anyone who loves game night.

Create Background and Base
Starting with a piece of 4 3/4 x 6 1/4 inch piece of white card stock, stencil and ink blend the sky, using the top part of the Legends Born Stencil. Use a yellow marker to color the lights. For a little sparkle in the sky, add some stars and dots with a gold metallic marker.
To create the stands, add color, with markers, beneath the lights Small gold and dark blue dots represent the crowd.
Download clip art for the football field, print, trim and adhere below the stands.
Mat the background piece onto a piece of 5 x 6 1/2 inch card stock. Adhere to a side folding, white card base measuring 5 x 6 1/2 inches.
Stamp and Color
Stamp and color the football player from the Friday Night Lights Stamps with your favorite medium. My favorite is Prismacolor Pencils. Fussy cut and adhere with foam.
Add Sentiments
Die cut “WHOA” 3 times, 2 of a darker color and one with a lighter. Adhere the 3 together with the 2 darker pieces slightly offset behind the lighter. Add to a die cut shadow. Adhere to the card with foam tape.
Stamp the “You’re Brighter Than The Friday Night Lights” sentiment. Trim down and mat. This sentiment is also added to the card with foam tape.
The background and bold sentiment really bring this card to life, while the football player adds action and personality. This design works great for birthdays, encouragement, or just cheering someone on.
