Scrappers Delights Thrifty Thursday

Although I primarily create cards,
I also like creating different types of projects.
This one is an altered bottle using
Chibis Star Angel.

I started by printing the SD digi twice on white card stock.

One was colored with SN ColourBlend Pencils, 

glitter gel pens and glitter glue and then fussy cut.

The other was left uncolored except for the background stars and clouds

 which was colored with glitter gel pens and glitter glue.

The background piece was cut into a circle shape to fit the bottle front.

Next I applied decoupage medium to the front of the bottle.

White mulberry paper was decoupaged

to the bottle front to create some texture.

(Although I used mulberry paper, tissue paper would also work.)

I glued the background piece on top of 

the mulberry paper and decoupaged small pieces 

of the mulberry paper around the edges.

I added blue ink around the digi.

The colored image was adhered with foam tape for a little dimension 

and a blue ribbon was added to the bottle neck.

I finished by adding flowers, sequin stars and leaves and dazzle stickers.

And, here is the finished project.

It all came together fairly quickly

and you have a unique little decor piece!
