Hello!

I have a cutie to share today.

This is

Wanda Penguin Hanging Bunting .

It's one of the new "Too Cute" digis from

Polkadoodles.

How cut is she?
I colored her with markers and fussy cut.
She is popped on to a die cut layered circle.
I printed the sentiment and patterned paper from
