Using Too Cute Special Wishes

I colored the image with Arteza Inkonic Pens and fussy cut.

The background paper is from 

Winnie Special Moments Paper Heaven 3 Digital Download.

I die cut an open frame using scallop square and a regular square dies.

Ribbon, a bow and enamel dots were added for embellishment.
