I colored the umbrella and chair with Spectrum Noir Tri-Blend Markers.
The other elements were pre-colored.
I created waves by hand cutting card stock in various colors.
The beach "sand" was done by tearing different shades of tan card stock.
I was able to pop up the images on the beach with acetate strips,
which makes for a 3D effect.
