using Winter Fairy from Fabrika Fantasy

I colored the image with Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pens,
 metallic and glitter gel pens and pencils.
I used a Fiskars punch for the snowflake border.
The sentiment was stamped,
I added some gems to complete.
